We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. Sylvester Gates, age 69, of Hogansville, Georgia on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Navicent Health in Macon, Georgia.
Memorial Services for Sylvester Gates will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at Springfield Baptist Church, 400 Poplar Street in Hogansville.
Rev. Collier J. Starks, Pastor and Rev. Reginald Wade, Eulogist.

Dear Family, I am very sorry to year about your Dad! I will truly miss his singing and loving smile! I missed him driving the van and bringing the fruit basket at Christmas with a song helping Mr. Boyd sing! He will be missed!!!
