Ms. Mamie Rutherford passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 in Port St. Lucie, FL at the age of 91. She was born on September 30, 1932 to the late Felton Rutherford and Charlie Cullen Rutherford in Lumpkin, Ga.
The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Rutherford will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Green Grove Missionary Baptist Church with interment at the Church Cemetery.

My condolences to the family of Mamie. I knew her from Second Congregational Church in New London, Conn. She was a lovely lady. I remember she always wore high heels and was very stylish. One year the church hosted the Rutherford Family reunion and I think one relative was a minister and led us in prayer. I will always remember her kindness. Kathy Hume
