To family and friends my deepest sympathies to you for the loss of your love one. Losing a loved one in death is very painful. May you find comfort in knowing that the Bible offers a wonderful hope for our loved ones who have died. John 5:28,29 and Isaiah 26:19 May the God of all comfort and tender mercies sustain you at this difficult time. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4
I went to school with JoJo when we were young. We both attended Metropolitian Church as young adults. JoJo was always nice and I remember sitting with him at church one Sunday. Over the years I lost touch with him, but every now and then we would happen to see eachother and we’d talk a little. JoJo was a sweet person, that’s all I’ve ever known. It hurt my heart to hear of his passing and in the way that it happened. My heart broke learning about his son as well. To his family I want to tell you that God is a forever present God. Although this is hard to comprehend, God must have really needed two beautiful angels to go on and do more work. I’m praying for you all and asking God that he grant you peace, comfort, strength and above all love. Love eachother and keep their memories alive because while on this Earth they made a difference in the lives of many! To his children I am so very sorry, you know in your hearts that he loved each one of you. I can’t say I understand because I don’t, but I’ve lost a child and I know the pain that comes with that kind of loss. Please know that life doesn’t end for them, life is eternal. Love is eternal too. Lean on the Lord, I promise he won’t let you fall. Prayers , love and hugs to you all.
To the Family: Very sorry for your loss. It is a time like this that we can turn to the comforting words found in the Holy Bible, at Daniel 12:2, “ And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake...” how strengthening that promise is, our love ones can live again! That promise is also confirmed at Acts 24:15, “ ... there shall be a resurrection of the dead...”
