Mrs. Betty Fardella passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025 at the age of 73. She was born on September 18, 1951 to the late Willie Swindle and Ethel Brown Swindle in Eufaula, AL.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Lee Swindle, Frank Swindle, Willie James Swindle, Jr., Archie Swindle; sister, Patricia Ann Swindle Daniel
Cherishing her memories, husband, Sam Fardella; son, Samuel L. Thomas II (Lydia); grandson, Samuel L. Thomas, III (mother, Germaine Martin); siblings, Geraldine Carter, Robert James Swindle (Toshia), Ethel Mae Wynn (Columbus) and Thomas Swindle; stepdaughter, Sarah Barnett; grandchildren, Dalton and Samantha Barnett; a host of many other family and friends.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Betty Fardella will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Progressive.

Visitation will be on Friday 2 until 5:00 PM and also Saturday 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Progressive.

Ms. Betty was such a sweet lady. I worked with her for the last 4 or 5 years and enjoyed talking with her every chance I got. She was so kind. During this time of bereavement, I send my condolences. Mrs. Betty Fadella was a sincere soul. She did everything with such dignity and grace. Being around her was like being beside an angel.
