Mr. Albert Allen Trammell Sr. was born on July 30, 1970 in Valley, Alabama to Mamie T. Pennington and the late Charles Louis Trammell Sr. He departed this life on 20, 2025 at his residence.
Albert received his education in the Lanett Public Schools, where he was a graduate of Lanett High School Class of 1988.
He was standout athlete. He was known for his football and basketball skills. Others enjoyed watching him play on the basketball court and on the football field.
He was a faithful member of Faith Congregational Church where he served as the musician for many years. Here looked forward to mentoring and passing down his knowledge and skills to anyone who was willing to learn. Albert was an outstanding musician; when he was playing you, could feel the anointing throughout the place.
He was preceded in death by his son, LeMaster Ferrell and his father, Charles Louis Trammell, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories to his two sons, Albert(Ashlun) Trammell, Jr., Decatur, Georgia and Nicholas Trammell, San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, Teya and Liana Ferrell, Suffolk, Virginia, Asher and Alivia Trammell, Decatur, Georgia; his mom, Pastor Mamie T. Pennington, Lanett, Alabama; a host of siblings, six of whom he was a father figure to, Demetrius, Shari, Faith, Charles Jr., Charnika and George; and a special brother, Jontae; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Trammell will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, January 31, 2025 in the sanctuary of O.H. Ministries, 4128 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Lanett, Alabama, Bishop Bertha Hodge, Pastor, Elder Shari Trammell, Eulogist.
Interment will take place in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Lanett, Alabama.
