Obituary For LaRue Eiland Hurst
Mrs. LaRue Eiland Hurst 81 of Upatoi, Georgia died Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 2PM at the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church with burial to follow at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Lanett, Alabama with the Rev. Paul Howard officiating.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 5PM until 7PM.
Mrs. Hurst was born in Shawmut, Alabama August 17, 1937 to the late Raymond Lee Eiland and the late Annie Evelyn Smith Eiland, she was a member of the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church in LaFayette, Alabama, and was retired from Regal Cinemas, her favorite passion was taking photographs.
She is survived by 2 Sons Dale (Dana) Hurst of Upatoi, Ga., Dean (Mary) Hurst of Mission, Tx., 2 Brothers Joseph (June) Eiland of Newnan, Ga., Jimmy (Marsha) Eiland of Newnan, Ga., 1 Granddaughter Savannah Hurst of Mission, Tx.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Leon Hurst.

Dean and Dale so sorry for your loss. She will live on in your heart and memories. I pray your hearts are fill with God's love and His presence.
LaRue will be deeply missed by so many but never forgotten. Such a blessing to have know her, and Leon. May they be reunited for all eternity. Dale & Dean, your parents touched everyone with such delight and joy. So many Memories cherished. We love the Hurst family.

Dale and Dean. So sorry to hear about your mother. I miss seeing you guys here in Dalton. I have lots of fond memories about Dean and I being on the track team together at North Whitfield and cleaning up at the theaters!
