Obituary For John William Clark
Our Dear Dad, John William Clark of Hoschton, Georgia, fought a long and tough battle against cancer, he was 81 years old when he passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023.
He was married to our lovely mom, Linda Clark for 63 years, together they created 6-children, 11-grandchildren, and 23-great grandchildren.
He was born on October 21, 1941, in Princeton, West Virginia. A retired Teamster truck driver, who drove for more than 35 years with millions of miles under his seat.
He was proud of his faith, family, and country and was a strong Conservative Christian. His faith in God and Jesus helped those around him live better lives.
He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He always put others first and he never, ever let anyone leave his home hungry. He made the best gravy & biscuits we have EVER had!!
We are thankful that we had him in our lives. His generosity, thoughtfulness and helpfulness meant the world to everyone around him.
We will miss you deeply, you will always be in our hearts and our guardian angel, as dad would say “Don’t Drive Faster Than I Can Fly.”
It will comfort us knowing that you are resting in the arms of Jesus until we see you again.

We greatly appreciated Hospice's quick responses to all of our requests. Mary, Allyson, Ashley, Heather, Sabrina & all who helped our dad will always be in our thoughts & hearts. Our dad appreciated your kindness, care & wonderful attitudes & personalities. Without all of you we would have been lost. Kind regards to all of Hospice's staff.
