Carter Funeral Home announces the transition of Mr. Marlin Jermaine Tarver, 34, on May, 8, 2020.
Mr. Tarver peacefully transitioned into eternity at Flowers Hospital, Dothan, Alabama.
Celebration of Life services and interment will be held Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 11:00 from the Center Ridge Baptist Cemetery, Midway, Alabama. The message of comfort will be rendered by the Rev. Darnell Hall.
Public visitation will be held Friday, May 15, 2020 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
Please note all visitation and services will be conducted exercising prescribed social distancing protocols.
Marlin Jermaine Tarver was born June 26, 1985 to the late Ruthel Tarver Jr. and Jessie R. Tarver. At an early age, he confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior, and joined Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. He was educated in the Barbour County School System and was employed at Imerys Refectory Minerals.
Jermaine was preceded in death by his father Deacon Ruthel Tarver Jr; grandparents: Ruthel and Stella Tarver, Bishop Willie and Annie Walker, and JB Coney.
His memories will be fondly cherished by his mother, Jessie R. Tarver of Midway, AL, siblings, Kelvin (Alisa) Tarver of Clayton, AL, Regina Tarver of Montgomery, AL, Reggie Tarver of Midway, AL; one niece, Aaliyah Tarver; four uncles, six aunts, three great uncles, three great aunts, and a host of cousins, and friends including a special friend, Je’Lesa Sanders of Dothan, AL
