Carter Funeral Home humbly announces the transition of Mr. Cepada S. Hilton of Atlanta, Georgia.
A native of Union Springs, Alabama, known and loved by many as “40 Cal” or “Mooneycat” Mr. Hilton passed away suddenly July 22, 2020.
Celebration of Life Services will be held, Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Union Springs Perpetual Care Cemetery.
The message of comfort, strength, and acceptance will be rendered by Bishop Phelps, pastor of the New Faith Christian Church, Atlanta, Georgia.
A private interment will follow all services in the Perote Cemetery, Banks, Alabama.
Public visitation will be held Friday, July 31, 2020 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home.
All services and visitations will be conducted exercising prescribed social distancing protocols. Facial coverings for all attendees are mandated per an executive order of the Governor of the State of Alabama.
Cepada S. Hilton, better known as ‘40 Cal” or “Mooney Cat”, was born July 7, 1981 in Tuskegee, Alabama to Karen Denise Hilton and Robert Jason Williams.
“40 Cal” resided in Atlanta, Georgia with his fiancée, Alisha Lee. He pursued a career as a music entertainer with Shawty Lo and D4L where he later became a producer and introduced Atlanta to TUOG, Enterprises
“40” loved to cook, fish, travel, and would not hesitate to help anyone; he was the life of the party. While being the very stylish and outgoing individual that he was, he also was a loving and active father to his children. “40 Cal” was loved by family and friends dearly. He lived his life to the fullest and with no regrets. “40” You will be missed more than you know. Always in our hearts.
Cepada leaves to cherish his memories, eleven children: Kanijah Hilton of Troy, Alabama, Cierra Cooper of Columbus, Georgia, La’Micheon Allen of Union Springs, Alabama, Ceriyah Hilton, Cepada S. Hilton, Jr., Cedarion Jackson, Cameron Jackson, Cymplee Hilton, Brooklyn Hilton, Paisley Ewing and Jace Hilton, all of Atlanta, Georgia; parents: Karen Denise Hilton and Robert Jason Williams of Union Springs, Alabama; fiancée: Alisha Lee of Atlanta, Georgia; ten siblings: Stevie Williams of Union Springs, Alabama, Kiesha Williams, of Atlanta, Georgia, Quevesto Hilton, Demetrius Hilton, Shalonda Harris, Cederick Williams, Cruz Sparks, all of Union Springs, Alabama, Brittany Florence of Troy, Alabama, Shawtoco Hilton and Jasmine Junice Williams of Union Springs, Alabama; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. “40 Cal” will long be remembered by his close friends, Kenny “KB” Milton, Kametrez Tarver, Oscar Washington, and Rory “G-Child” Weems.

I just can't believe my daughter Ceriyah only had 12 short but wonderful years with you. I met Mooneycat in 2003 we had our daughter in 2007 He named her (Ceriyah Hilton) he was the best father always took her to Alabama as a baby him an Dean God mist of had other plans even tho You will be missed Most definitely never forgotten You will love forever through our Daughter
