Obituary For Thomas Noel Tessier

Central Cremation Services respectfully announces the passing of Thomas Noel Tessier of Winder Georgia on July 2nd, 2024.

Thomas N. Tessier was a loving husband, father, brother, friend, devoted grandfather, and proud Marine (Semper Fi). He is now rejoicing with his daughter and our precious angel, Lisa, to whom he gave the gift of life-forever and always the greatest selfless gift. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Donna, his three daughters, Teresa, Melissa, and Malinda and his six beloved grandchildren, who were his pride and joy.

He cherished spending time with his family, watching John Wayne movies, and being competitive, especially in any sport that he played. Like his favorite movie character, Rocky, he had the eye of the tiger and was ready to take on any and all challenges. His courage, strength, laughter, and love will be forever in our hearts, and we will always feel his presence beside us. We love you.

A celebration of his life will be scheduled for a later date.

The staff of Central Cremation Services is honored to be selected to provide end-of-life services.

(If you order flowers, you must obtain a delivery address from a family member. Please do not send flowers to the crematory)

Guest Book

Tom Tessier was more than a father-in-law, he was a best friend, mentor and a second father to me. I was lucky to have him in life for last 38+ years. I was lucky to know him as a dad that was always there supporting his beautiful daughter, as a competitor (never wanting to loose to me at any sport we played) and as second father giving us advice that was not always listen to but always appreciated. This last year has been tough, watching this strong man I looked up to for so many years being in the situation that life had put him in. But through it all, like his determination to always be the best at whatever we were playing, he showed that determination and his stubbornness to always fight, like the proud Marine he was, no matter what was thrown at him. I will take this away with me for the rest of my life. I know Missy and the kids will miss you dearly as a father and grandfather but I will miss you dearly as one of my closest friends. I love you dad!
