Mr. Marcus Dewayne Butler "Slackdogg" passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the age of 68. He was born on August 7, 1955 to Mary Jones Butler and Lee Drew Butler in Germany.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Butler will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10:00 am EST at Faithful Missionary Baptist Church ~ 201 20th St. Phenix City, AL with interment following at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday beginning at 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Progressive.
