Miss. Hazel Porter passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the age of 65. She was born on July 3, 1958 to the late C.J. Porter and Rosie Bell Maddox Porter in Buena Vista, GA.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William H. Porter and sister, Mozell Porter-Sampson.

Cherishing her memories are her three sisters, Mamie Storey (William), Fleda Porter and Nettie Minter.

The Homegoing Celebration for Miss. Hazel Porter will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Tazewell, Ga with interment at Mt. Olive Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Saturday beginning at 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Church
