Obituary For Woodrow James

Mr. Woodrow James passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the age of 77. He was born on December 28, 1945 to the late W.T. Tubb and Lillie James in Brent, AL.

Cherishing his memories are, his daughter, Claressa James; sister, Teresa Crawford; two grandchildren, Sanasia Dixon and Ashanti Dixon; niece, Victoria Harris (Dwight, Sr.); nephew, Arthur Crawford; great niece, Alexis Crawford; great nephew, Dwight Harris, Jr.; a host of family and friends.

Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Woodrow James will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Progressive with interment at Evergreen Memorial Garden. Visitation will be Thursday 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Progressive.

Progressive Funeral Home staff is privileged to serve the James family.
