Obituary For Mrs. Davetta Heath

Heath, Mrs. Davetta R. Cooper, a resident of Lanett, Alabama and native of Union Springs, Alabama, died Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika, AL.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Country Club Road, Lanett, AL with Dr. Jesse J. Walker II, Pastor of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church of Lanett, officiating. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.

Leaving to cherish forever her legacy is: her daughter, Jillian Heath and "The apple of his grandmother's eye," David Robert Heath both of Lanett, AL; two devoted sisters, Phyllis Cooper Matthews, Montgomery, AL and Darolyn Yvette Cooper, Smyrna, GA; five uncles and three aunts; "The Girls" and forever friends, Brenda Walker Benton, Deborah Davis, Barbara Raybon Dorsey, Kathy Scott Williams, and Lisa Scott; a loving goddaughter, Zyla Edge Williams; a best friend who is like a sister, Tabatha Williams; sister-in-law, Jewel (William) Oliver; the Askew Family; the Williams Family; Ralph and Donna Jordan Williams Family; the Reese Family; special friend, Patricia Reed; and, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
